January Recap

January was a great month. I felt like I had something to focus on for the first time in a long time. I mentioned that I never set any goals last year and I felt like I was just moving through the motions. The past few years had been so full of big, life-changing things - grad school, moving to DC, getting married, new jobs - that I wanted to just go with the flow,  and I did,  but I also felt like I was just moving through the motions all of last year.

One thing I'm really happy about is that, for the first time, I wrote a blog post every single day this month. It took a lot of planning, but I'm really happy that I did it, and I think it helped me to find my blog's voice again.

Here's a look at how my month went:

  • 30 days of yoga: I'm determined to do this 30-day challenge, no matter how many times I have to start over!

  • Update my blog's travel page
  • Finish my taxes
  • Buy a new PC
  • Set up my home office
That's how my month shaped up! How did yours?
What are you looking forward to in February?
